Born in Ferrara but Milanese by choice, forty-year-old Nicos is a great traveller in love with the world, and Africa in particular. Travelling was transformed from an abiding passion to a profession when, at the age of twenty, he personally accompanied visitors to all the continents. Between 1992 and 2003 he visited more than 50 countries and now the list has grown to 70, but there are still many to go.

In 2009 he made an old dream come true: opening a mobile camp based in Maun, working in the Okavango Delta and all of Botswana.
